David L. Caffee was born in Norfolk, Virginia, he is the fifth child to Ernest and Lois Caffee. His parents were God-fearing and raised all seven of their children to love and serve the Lord in fellowship at Mt. Zion AME.
Pastor Caffee graduated from Floyd E. Kellam High School, located in Virginia Beach, VA, where he pursued his passion for sports, playing basketball and football. After graduating from High School, Pastor Caffee enrolled and served as a member of the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the Presidential Honor Guard.
Pastor Caffee has served in various roles (Usher, Deacon, Minister) and was ordained an Elder within the Washington, D.C. Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ in 2000.
In 2004, the Lord placed a burden on his heart to begin a Saturday morning prayer meeting in his home that was open for all families to inquire of the Lord for the needs of their families and friends.
Shortly thereafter God spoke to Him and called him to birth a work in another part of His vineyard. God instructed Pastor Caffee to name this church New Nations Worship Ministries because this would be a called-out remnant of people who would be ready and willing to worship the Lord in the beauty of Holiness while exemplifying the Love of Christ to all His special children and ministering to a lost and dying world.
The Lord has given Pastor Caffee the charge to tear down denominational barriers as he ministers throughout the nations. His highest endeavor is to please God and to win souls for Christ. He truly believes that as Christians we were called by God to do the ‘greater works’, including preaching the gospel to the poor, opening blind eyes and death ears, casting out devils, and strengthening the feeble of body and heart.
